Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and AWS tools
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Create A/B testing frameworks for product optimization initiatives
- Present findings to cross-functional teams using data storytelling techniques
- Maintain data governance standards and documentation protocols
- Mentor junior analysts through peer review sessions and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex analytical projects
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
