Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data and ensure data integrity across various databases.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques to validate data and forecast future trends.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and data modeling.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
