Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud tools
- Create interactive dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize business KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through compelling visualizations
- Maintain data governance standards and documentation best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Proven track record with statistical modeling and experimental design
