Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Columbus and Florida to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Perform nightly data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Generate weekly and monthly reporting packages for senior leadership.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve query performance and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or T-SQL).
- Expert level in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Experience creating visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to work effectively during night shift hours (e.g., 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM EST).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
