Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with Virginia-based teams to optimize business processes through data insights
- Develop predictive models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Maintain data quality frameworks and implement validation protocols
- Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders using clear visual storytelling
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for product optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with night shift or remote work background
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data services
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (8 PM - 5 AM PST)
- Excellent communication skills for virtual collaboration
