Responsibilities
- Extract and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to support ad-hoc reporting and long-term strategy.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to track key business metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing rigorous testing and validation protocols.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer across the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
