Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support marketing and operational strategies.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, specifically within a high-growth environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Stored Procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
