The Role:
We are looking for a visionary analyst who can translate complex data sets into actionable business insights. You will be the bridge between raw data and high-level strategy, ensuring our stakeholders have the information they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Data Management: Clean, process, and analyze large, complex datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and business performance.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Process Optimization: Automate reporting processes and improve data pipelines to increase operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Create clear documentation of data models, methodologies, and analysis frameworks for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the US market.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries), Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake) is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
