Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence reporting.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate key findings.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement data-driven features.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
