Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex data modeling and SQL queries to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data technologies to continuously improve data processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data quality and accuracy.
