Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries that translate technical findings into clear, actionable business insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and implement automated solutions to improve workflow productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and regression analysis.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to the Miami, FL area if not already local.
