In this role, you will own our data infrastructure, build high-impact dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and implement robust data collection strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and improve product features.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Present complex data findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert level knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
