Responsibilities
- Transform Raw Data: Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business strategy.
- Visualize Impact: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate data findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to forecast trends, perform A/B testing, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against goals.
- Automate Processes: Write efficient Python or SQL scripts to automate data pipelines, reducing manual errors and increasing reporting speed.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
