Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast business metrics and support strategic decision-making.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations.
