Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to drive executive decision-making.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and forecasting to identify business trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and finance teams to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Automate reporting processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) for querying and data manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for advanced data analysis and scripting.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
