Responsibilities
- Drive Decision-Making: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data models that support business objectives.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data sets effectively.
- Data Cleaning & Integration: Extract, clean, and transform large volumes of data from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Automate Reporting: Streamline reporting processes by automating data pipelines and generating real-time reports for management.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries and stored procedures) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Strong expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and solve complex business problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
