Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to identify key business metrics and KPIs.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Automate reporting processes and data pipelines to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and quality of data across all reporting platforms.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis and visualization tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (querying, stored procedures) and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strict deadlines.
