Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various databases and perform ETL processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process Improvement: Recommend data-driven strategies to optimize business processes and improve decision-making.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python, and data visualization tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
