Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations for business reporting.
- Oversee weekend data operations, ensuring all reporting windows are met without delay.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Tampa and North Carolina to define data requirements and answer analytical questions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Produce clear, concise weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, specifically within a reporting capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working successfully in a Weekend Shift or rotational schedule.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical teams.
