Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize complex ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure real-time data accuracy and availability.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and user behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track business performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring the integrity of the company's data warehouse.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Engineer.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
