We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As part of our Urgent Hiring initiative, we are expanding our operations across Washington DC and Florida, offering flexible Remote Options for the right candidates.
In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and presenting data to stakeholders to drive business strategy. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership through data storytelling and advanced visualization.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect large, complex datasets from various sources and perform in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Washington DC and Florida markets.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop statistical models to forecast trends and support decision-making processes for senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define data requirements and validate analytical approaches.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and implement solutions to enhance data accuracy and operational speed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the government, finance, or tech sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages. Strong experience with data visualization tools.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Must be self-motivated and capable of managing workflows effectively in a distributed environment.
