Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and business intelligence summaries that guide executive decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- SQL & Data Management: Write complex SQL queries and manage databases to support data retrieval and storage needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and big data technologies is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data.
