Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Visualization: Design and develop compelling data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to tell a story with data.
- SQL & Coding: Write complex SQL queries and scripts using Python (Pandas, NumPy) to automate reporting and extract insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and solve business problems.
- Report Generation: Create automated, self-service dashboards that empower non-technical users to make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with scripting languages like Python or R.
- Tools: Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
