Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that drive business strategy.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- SQL & Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries to retrieve data and collaborate with IT teams on database maintenance.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and assist in budget planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and recommend data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with ETL processes is highly preferred.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data accuracy and quality assurance.
