Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify business trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) and executive summaries to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- SQL & Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries to extract data and maintain database schemas.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and implement automated solutions to save time and resources.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product managers, marketing, and sales teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and strong Excel skills. Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive logical conclusions.
