Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to define data requirements and solution strategies.
- Communicate complex findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, concise reporting and presentations.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to non-technical audiences.
