Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Modeling: Design and implement robust data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive, high-level dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise narratives and presentations for executive leadership and non-technical teams.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps in current data processes and recommend solutions to improve data quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems using data-driven methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to diverse audiences.
