Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying and Database Management).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
