Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis: Design and implement complex data models and architectures to support advanced business intelligence initiatives and reporting needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and uncover actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data by performing rigorous cleaning, validation, and ETL processes.
- Visualization: Create compelling, interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that transform raw data into clear, visual narratives for executive leadership.
- Process Optimization: Streamline data workflows and automate reporting processes to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for complex querying, Python or R for scripting, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into strategic business recommendations.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
