Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply advanced statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and support strategic planning.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights for executive leadership.
- Data Quality Management: Establish and enforce data governance protocols to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all data sources.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and implement automated solutions to improve productivity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and sales teams to define data requirements and support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or financial sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with strong self-management skills.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data accuracy and a strong problem-solving mindset.
