We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States, including Oklahoma City, OK and North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large data sets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure they are accurate and ready for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to forecast future outcomes.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
