Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform raw data into actionable insights
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, correlations, and predictive opportunities
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor business health and operational efficiency
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis background with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
