As a Data Analyst at TechNova, you will serve as the bridge between our raw data and our strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for uncovering hidden trends, optimizing operational efficiency, and building robust reporting frameworks that empower our stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support business strategy.
- SQL Optimization: Write complex, optimized SQL queries to retrieve data and manage database structures efficiently.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for executive leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- A/B Testing: Analyze experimental data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and think critically about business problems.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
