Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify key business metrics and reporting needs.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Document data pipelines, create technical specifications, and ensure adherence to data governance standards.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
