Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that drive decision-making.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Database Management: Assist in the maintenance and optimization of our data warehouses and databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming: Strong coding skills in Python or R is a significant plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with big data technologies.
