Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize advanced SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to present insights to stakeholders.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through rigorous data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all data warehousing systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Engineer.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business strategies.
