Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate complex data findings into actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and other analytical experiments to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, extraction, and manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
