In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical data analysis and high-level business strategy. You will own our data pipelines, create actionable dashboards, and drive decision-making for executive leadership.

Responsibilities
- Visualize Data: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to track KPIs and performance metrics in real-time.
- SQL Proficiency: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, concise narratives.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and implement automated solutions to improve data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy when handling sensitive data and complex datasets.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Denver, CO (relocation assistance provided).
