We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Denver, CO. Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform Data: Gather, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, and ETL tools to ensure data integrity.
- Visualize Insights: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Report Generation: Automate the generation of regular reports and presentations for executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, concise narratives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection processes and improve data governance standards across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Expert level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
