Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Construct complex data models and schemas to support business reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL Optimization: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract data from large relational databases efficiently.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to forecast trends and support A/B testing initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Translate technical findings into clear, concise narratives for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Automation: Automate repetitive data tasks and reporting processes to increase team productivity.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards and privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Expert knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data anomalies and derive insights from unstructured data.
