Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Operations to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
- Document data processes and create technical specifications to ensure data governance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or finance sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for non-technical audiences.
