Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to drive data-driven decisions
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies for business stakeholders
- Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics initiatives
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data storytelling and reports
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation processes and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (MS preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote work environment
