Responsibilities
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Visual Storytelling: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop and implement statistical models to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, and Operations to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Produce comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setting.
