Responsibilities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business trends.
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and executive presentations to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Develop statistical models and forecasting tools to predict market shifts and consumer behavior.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
