Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for product optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting metrics
- Present data-driven insights to senior leadership through compelling visualizations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
