Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract and manipulate large datasets.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis and deep-dive research to provide actionable insights that influence strategic decision-making.
- Document data models, methodologies, and reporting frameworks for stakeholder transparency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
