We support clients across the United States, and we are specifically looking for candidates based in the Louisville, KY or Ohio area to collaborate with our local team. Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve, aggregate, and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Present data findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
