In this role, you will own the analytics roadmap, design robust data models, and drive business growth through data-informed decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver impactful visualizations that guide executive strategy.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to track key business metrics and KPIs.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting accuracy.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to support A/B testing and product feature evaluation.
- Document data workflows and create comprehensive technical documentation for the analytics team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating complex databases.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
