Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Present complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
