What You Will Do
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. Your insights will drive strategic decisions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data.
- Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases.
- Generate regular performance reports for management and stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to data strategy initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be willing to relocate to Nashville, TN (Relocation assistance included).
